What games do you support?

Any game! Minecraft (Vanilla, Spigot, Fabric, Forge), Rust, ARK, Valheim, Terraria, Factorio, and many more. If it can run on Linux/Windows, we can host it.

How do backups work?

All plans include automated daily backups. Pro and higher plans come with easy one-click restore and off-site storage options.

Can I switch or upgrade plans?

Yes — upgrades are seamless with no downtime. Just email us and we’ll handle the transition, including prorated billing.

Where are your servers located?

We use high-performance UK-based data centres (primarily London) for low latency across Europe.

Do you help with mod/plugin installation?

Absolutely. Starter gets basic vanilla setup help. Pro and Community plans include full custom setup and ongoing assistance.

What about DDoS protection?

All servers are protected by enterprise-grade DDoS mitigation as standard.

How do I get started with a website build?
